For our upcoming Manhattan retail location and new online shop (they officially open June 8!), TAC will carry three main categories of items: Collective – handmade products from friends + members, Make – items that will allow you to D.I.Y., and Handmade – kits and finished goods handmade by TAC at TAC. Naturally, we asked former intern and good friend Cathy Hsiao of Kids in Love Collective + Textile Studio to be a part of TAC’s collective. Her beautiful knit clutches are hand dyed with natural dyes and utilize materials such as linen, suede, burlap, and leather. A former philosophy professor turned artist, one of her main inspirations is physicist Michio Kaku.
