Check out the SHOP’s newest arrivals: Using traditional techniques, Lily Piyathaisere, of Gamma Folk, creates these folk-inspired earrings with a bold, timeless style.

Each earring displays an original, geometric design embroidered by hand onto linen.  The earrings measure 0.625″ (15mm) wide and each features a brass setting with lace edging and a stainless steel post.

Lily, a self-described “graphic designer by day, needlecrafter by night, ” began Gamma Folk, as an antidote to the stresses of modern life. She cites folk art, mysticism and the bauhaus as some of the influences of her bold, graphic aesthetic.
