Re-Imagining the Book

Guy Laramee, a Montreal based artist, re-images old books into landscape sculptures. From three series entitled Biblios, The Great Wall, and El amor por las montañas, Laramee specifically creates beautiful, dream-like mountains, plateaus, caves and more from abandoned books. His work is innovative and gorgeous. I would love to have one of these sculptures. Recreating from old objects or past ideas always interests me. I hope that you find his work just as interesting and inspiring as I do.
