My friend and I love Christmas lights but wanted something a bit different. A few months ago she sent me an image of paper lanterns on Christmas lights. I immediately went to youtube to find a “how to”/tutorial. I spent a bit of time getting the directions correct but once I made one I couldn’t stop! I spent an afternoon cutting, folding, and blowing up paper lanterns. I put the origami lanterns on my Christmas lights and hung them over my bed. These lanterns can be used for parties, outside events, or even in your bedroom. I used white printer paper but if you want something a bit more fun find your favorite print on paper or create a pattern of your own to use.
