Free Indigo Dying Workshop Monday September 17th

We were rained out our of our first attempt however we are ready to try again with our Indigo Workshop!
Come to the garden and experience INDIGO, the King of the Blues
Monday September 17th, come down to our Sewing Seeds Natural Dye Garden Workshop Series and learn about this amazing natural dye, see the plant, and try your hand at making a cool, blue textile creation of your choice. Please bring something small of a natural fiber you would like to dye – socks, silk scarf, bandana, tank top… (our vat is mighty but it is not that big!) Good materials to bring: silk, linen, wool, cotton Location: Sewing Seeds Natural Dye Garden 4th Ave. and Bergen St. Time: 5:15pm – 7:15pm RSVP is required, but the event is free of charge – sewingseeds@textileartscenter.com space is limited- jump on this great experience!
